အဘယ္ငါးမ်ိဳးတို့နည္းဟူမူ------

“ (ငါသည္ ) အိုျခင္းသေဘာရွိ၏၊ ထိုအိုျခင္းသေဘာကို မလြန္ဆန္ နိုင္ေခ် “ ဟူ၍ မိန္းမျဖစ္ေစ ေယာက်ၤားျဖစ္ေစ လူျဖစ္ေစ ရဟန္းျဖစ္ေစ မျပတ္ဆင္ျခင္ အပ္၏။

“နာျခင္းသေဘာရွိ၏၊ နာျခင္းသေဘာကို မလြန္ဆန္ နိုင္ေခ်“ ဟူ၍ မိန္းမျဖစ္ေစ ေယာက်ၤားျဖစ္ေစ လူျဖစ္ေစ ရဟန္းျဖစ္ေစ မျပတ္ဆင္ျခင္ အပ္၏။

“ေသျခင္းသေဘာရွိ၏၊ေသျခင္းသေဘာတရားကို မလြန္ဆန္ နိုင္ေခ်“ ဟူ၍ မိန္းမျဖစ္ေစ ေယာက်ၤားျဖစ္ေစ လူျဖစ္ေစ ရဟန္းျဖစ္ေစ မျပတ္ဆင္ျခင္ အပ္၏။

“ငါ၏ ခ်စ္ျမတ္နိုးအပ္ေသာအရာအားလုံးတို့ႏွင့္ရွင္ကြဲကြဲရျခင္း ေသကြဲကြဲ ရျခင္းသည္ ျဖစ္ေခ်မည္ “ 

ဟူ၍ မိန္းမျဖစ္ေစ ေယာက်ၤားျဖစ္ေစ လူျဖစ္ေစ ရဟန္းျဖစ္ေစ မျပတ္ဆင္ျခင္ အပ္၏။

“( ငါသည္ ) ကံသာလွ်င္ မိမိ ဥစၥာရွိ၏၊ကံသာလွ်င္အေမြခံျဖစ္၏၊ ကံသာလွ်င္ အေၾကာင္းရွိ၏၊ ကံသာလွ်င္ ကိုးကြယ္မွီခို ရာရွိ၏၊ ေကာင္းသည္ျဖစ္ေစ မေကာင္းသည္ျဖစ္ေစ ငါျပဳမိေသာ ကံ၏ အေမြခံသာ ျဖစ္ရေပမည္ “ဟူ၍ မိန္းမျဖစ္ေစ ေယာကၤ်ားျဖစ္ေစ လူျဖစ္ေစ ရဟန္းျဖစ္ေစ မျပတ္ဆင္ျခင္အပ္၏။

အိုတတ္ေသာသေဘာသည္ “ မအို ပါေစလင့္“ ဟု သမဏျဖစ္ေစ ျဗာဟၼဏျဖစ္ေစ နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ မာရ္နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ ျဗဟၼာ ျဖစ္ေစ 

ေလာက၌ မည္သူမဆို ေတာင့္တ၍ မရေကာင္းေသာ အရာေပတည္း။

နာတတ္ေသာသေဘာတရားသည္ “ မနာဖ်ားပါေစလင့္“ ဟု သမဏျဖစ္ေစ ျဗာဟၼဏျဖစ္ေစ နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ မာရ္နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ ျဗဟၼာ ျဖစ္ေစ 

ေလာက၌ မည္သူမဆို ေတာင့္တ၍ မရေကာင္းေသာ အရာေပတည္း။

ေသတတ္ေသာသေဘာတရားသည္ “ မေသပါေစလင့္ “ ဟု သမဏျဖစ္ေစ ျဗာဟၼဏျဖစ္ေစ နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ မာရ္နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ ျဗဟၼာ ျဖစ္ေစ

ကုန္တတ္ေသာသေဘာတရားသည္ “ မကုန္ဆုံးပါေစလင့္ “ ဟု  သမဏျဖစ္ေစ ျဗာဟၼဏျဖစ္ေစ နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ မာရ္နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ ျဗဟၼာ ျဖစ္ေစ 

ေလာက၌ မည္သူမဆို ေတာင့္တ၍ မရေကာင္းေသာ အရာေပတည္း။

ပ်က္စီး တတ္ေသာသေဘာတရားသည္ “ မပ်က္စီးပါေစလင့္ “ ဟု  သမဏျဖစ္ေစ ျဗာဟၼဏျဖစ္ေစ နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ မာရ္နတ္ျဖစ္ေစ ျဗဟၼာ ျဖစ္ေစ 

ေလာက၌ မည္သူမဆို ေတာင့္တ၍ မရေကာင္းေသာ အရာေပတည္း။

Today on countdown 31 days to my birthday , I read about Buddha in his days who was traveling all over the country with his fellow monks arrived at a village one day and rest and camp in a nearby forest.

The villagers had news of him and knowing his fame gathered and brought lots of food and arrived at the forest entrance making so much noise. Buddha hear the noise and said he did not want to meet people and accept presents. 

Here I know the reason he wanted to shun people and crowds.

အသွ်င္ဘုရား ဘုန္းေတာ္ၾကီးေသာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ ယခုအခါ ၌ သည္းခံေတာ္မူပါ၊ ေကာင္းေသာစကားကိုဆိုတတ္ေသာျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ ယခုအခါ၌ သည္းခံေတာ္မူပါ။

အသွ်င္ဘုရား ယခုအခါ ၌ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား သည္းခံေတာ္မူရန္ အခိ်န္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

အသွ်င္ဘုရား ယခုအခါ ၌ နိဂုံးသူ နိဂုံးသား ဇနုပုဒ္သူ ဇနပုဒ္သား ပုဏၰား ႏွင့္အမ်ိဳးသား တို့သည္ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ၾကြေတာ္မူေလရာ အရပ္သို့ စိတ္ညြတ္ၾကကုန္လ်က္ သာလွ်င္ လိုက္ၾကပါလိမ့္မည္။

အသွ်င္ဘုရား မိုးၾကီးသည္းထန္စြာ ရြာသြန္းလတ္ေသာ္ နိမ့္ရွိဳင္း ရာ အရပ္သို ့ ေရတို့သည္စီးက် ကုန္သကဲ့သုိ ့ အသ်ွင္ဘုရား ဤ အတူသာလွ်င္  နိဂုံးသူ နိဂုံးသား ဇနုပုဒ္သူ ဇနပုဒ္သား ပုဏၰား ႏွင့္အမ်ိဳးသား တို့သည္ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ၾကြေတာ္မူေလရာ အရပ္သို့ စိတ္ညြတ္ၾကကုန္လ်က္ သာလွ်င္ လိုက္ၾကပါလိမ့္မည္။

ထိုသုိ ့ျဖစ္ျခင္းသည္အဘယ္အေၾကာင္းေၾကာင့္နည္းဟူမူ------

အသွ်င္ဘုရား ျမတ္စြာဘုရား ၏သီလေတာ္ ပညာေတာ္သည္ ထိုသို့ၾကီးမား ေတာ္မူျခင္းေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ပါသည္ ဟု ေလွ်ာက္၏။

နာဂိတ ငါသည္ အျခံအရံ ( အေက်ာ္အေစာ) နွင့္မဆက္ဆံလို ၊ အျခံအရံ (အေက်ာ္အေစာ ) သည္လည္း ငါႏွင့္အတူ မဆက္ဆံေစလင့္။

နာဂိတ ဤ ( ကာမဂုဏ္ မွ ) ထြက္ေျမာက္မွဳ ၊ “ ေနကၡမၼ “

 ခ်မ္းသာကင္းဆိတ္မွဳ ၊  “ပဝိေဝက “

 ခ်မ္းသာေအးျငိမ္းမွဳ ၊ “ဥပသမ“

 ခ်မ္းသာသိမွဳ ၊ “သေမၺာဓ“

 ခ်မ္းသာကို အလိုရွိတိုင္း မျငိဳမျငင္ မပင္ပန္းပဲမရနိုင္သူသည္ မစင္ၾကယ္မွဳ ခ်မ္းသာငိုက္မ်ဥ္းမွဳ ခ်မ္းသာလာဘ္ ပူေဇာ္ သကာ အေက်ာ္အေစာခ်မ္းသာ ကိုသာယာ (ခံစား) ရာ၏။

 ( ကာမဂုဏ္ မွ ) ထြက္ေျမာက္မွဳ ၊ “ ေနကၡမၼ “

 ခ်မ္းသာကင္းဆိတ္မွဳ ၊  “ပဝိေဝက “

 ခ်မ္းသာေအးျငိမ္းမွဳ ၊ “ဥပသမ“

 ခ်မ္းသာသိမွဳ ၊ “သေမၺာဓ“

 ခ်မ္းသာကို အလိုရွိတိုင္း မျငိဳမျငင္ မပင္ပန္းပဲရေသာ ငါသည္  မစင္ၾကယ္မွဳ ခ်မ္းသာငိုက္မ်ဥ္းမွဳ ခ်မ္းသာလာဘ္ ပူေဇာ္ သကာ အေက်ာ္အေစာခ်မ္းသာ ကို အဘယ္မွာ  သာယာ (ခံစား) ရာအ့ံနည္း။

နာဂိတ စားေသာက္ခဲ လ်က္အပ္ေသာ အစာအာဟာရ၏အက်ိဳးဆက္ကား က်င္ၾကီးက်င္ငယ္ ပင္တည္း၊

ဤ က်င္ၾကီးက်င္ငယ္ သည္ထိုစားေသာက္ခဲ လ်က္အပ္ေသာ အစာအာဟာရ၏ အက်ိဳးဆက္ ေပတည္း။

နာဂိတ ခ်စ္ အပ္ေသာသတၱဝါ သခၤါရတို့၏ အက်ိဳးဆက္ ကားပ်က္စီးျခင္း ေကြကြင္းျခင္း ပူေဆြးငို ေကြ်းျခင္း ဆင္းရဲျခင္း ႏွလုံးမသာျခင္း ျပင္းစြာပင္ပန္းျခင္း တို ့ပင္တည္း။ ဤ အျဖစ္ သည္ ထို ခ်စ္ခင္မွဳ ၏အက်ိဳးဆက္ေပတည္း။

နာဂိတ မတင့္တယ္ေသာ အာရုံနိမိတ္ ၌ ၾကိဳးပမ္းမွဳ ကို အဖန္ဖန္ အားထုတ္သူ အားတင့္တယ္ေသာ အာရုံနိမိတ္ ၌ စက္ဆုပ္ရြံရွာျခင္း သည္ေကာင္းစြာတည္၏။ ဤ အျဖစ္သည္ ထိုၾကိဳးပမ္းမွဳ ၏ အက်ိဳးဆက္ေပတည္း။

နာဂိတ ေတြ ့ထိမွဳ “ဖႆ“ျဖစ္ေပၚေၾကာင္း “အာယတန“ေျခာက္ပါးတို့၌ အနိစၥ ဟု အဖန္ဖန္ ရွဳေလ့ရွိသည္ ျဖစ္၍ ေနေသာသူအား ေတြ ့ထိမွဳ “ဖႆ“ ၌ စက္ဆုပ္ရြံ ရွာ ျခင္းသည္ေကာင္းစြာတည္၏။

ဤအျဖစ္သည္ ထို (အဖန္ဖန္ ရွဳလ်က္ေနျခင္း ) ၏ အက်ိဳးဆက္ေပတည္း။

နာဂိတ ( ျပင္းစြာစြဲလန္းမွဳ ) ဥပါဒါန္တရား ၏အာရုံျဖစ္ေသာ ခႏၶာ ငါးပါး တို ့၌ျဖစ္ျခင္း ပ်က္ျခင္း ကို အဖန္ဖန္ ရွဳ ေလ့ရွိသည္ ျဖစ္၍ ေနေသာသူအား ျပင္းစြာစြဲလမ္းမွဳ “ ဥပါဒါန္ “ ၌ စက္ဆုပ္ရြံ ရွာျခင္းသည္ ေကာင္းစြာတည္၏။ 

ဤ အျဖစ္သည္ ထို (အဖန္ဖန္ ရွဳလ်က္ေနျခင္း ) ၏ အကိ်ဳးဆက္ေပတည္းဟု (မိန္ ့ေတာ္မူ၏)။

Dear friends, I will be doing 34 days marathon of knowing Buddha's teachings when he was alive and will share with you all till my birthday on November 10th.

အခါတပါး၌ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ မ်ားစြာေသာရဟန္းသံဃာ ႏွင့္အတူ ေကာသလတိုင္း တို့၌ ေဒသစာရီ လွည့္လည္ေတာ္မူတတ္ေသာ္ ေကာသလမင္းသားတို့၏ ဣစၦာနဂၤလမည္ေသာ ပုဏၰားရြာ သို့ေရာက္ေတာ္မူ၏။

ထိုအသွ်င္ေဂါတမ၏ ေကာင္းေသာ ေက်ာ္ေစာသတင္း သည္ ဤသို ့ျပန့္ႏွံ့ ၍ ထြက္၏။

ထိုအခါ၌ ဣစၧာ နဂၤလရြာသား ပုဏၰား ႏွင့္အမ်ိဳးသား တို့သည္ ထိုည၌ လြန္ေသာအခါ ၌ မ်ားစြာေသာ ခဲဖြယ္စားဖြယ္တို့ ကို ယူကုန္၍ ဣစၦာနဂၤလေတာအုပ္သို့ ခ်ဥ္းကပ္ကုန္ျပီးလ်င္ အျပင္ဘက္တံခါး မုဒ္ ၌ ျပင္းျပက်ယ္ေလာင္ေသာ အသံရွိကုန္သည္ျဖစ္၍ တည္ေနကုန္၏။ ထိုစဥ္ အခါ ၌ အသ်ွင္နာဂိတသည္ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား၏ အလုပ္အေကြ်းျဖစ္၏။  ထိုအခါ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ အသွ်င္နာဂိတ ကို “ နာဂိတ ငါးတို့ကိုလုယက္ရာ၌ တံငါသည္ တို ့ကဲ့သို ့ ျပင္းျပက်ယ္ေလာင္ေသာ အသံရွိသူ တို့ကားအဘယ္သူတို့နည္း “ ဟုေမးေတာ္မူ၏။

အသ်ွင္ဘုရား သူတို ့ကား ဣစၦာနဂၤလ ရြာသားႏွင့္ အမ်ိဳးသားတို့ပါတည္း။ မ်ားစြာေသာခဲဖြယ္ေဘာဇဥ္ ကိုယူ၍ အျပင္တံခါး မုဒ္၌ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားကို ၄င္း ရဟန္းသံဃာ ကို ၄င္း ရည္မွန္းျပီးလွ်င္တည္ေနၾကပါသည္ ဟု ေလွ်ာက္၏။

နာဂိတ ငါသည္ အျခံအရံ ( အေက်ာ္အေစာ) နွင့္မဆက္ဆံလို ၊ အျခံအရံ (အေက်ာ္အေစာ ) သည္လည္း ငါႏွင့္အတူ မဆက္ဆံေစလင့္။

Triple cover

 When I almost died from Covid third wave last year , not one of my classmates from Institute of Medical 1 knew as my facebook account was closed due to a court case.   I was all alone at Inya center for a month fighting pneumonia and low oxygen. It was a miracle I survived. This month as I reconnect with my colleagues around the world my triple Covid case travelled online around the world. I posted that I am  two times victim of Covid this month and I am suffering. ( I like to whine!) 

My golden friends who are now medical professors in high positions in various countries , North America, South America, South Africa, UK, Australia , Singapore, and other places now can give me most updated advices. This time Covid is not so dangerous but the fact to take anti viral or not is the issue. Many from US suggested and my friends from UK and Myanmar said no need to bother. 

Day and night I fight taking analgesic and antibiotics and hoping to get normal in few more days yet I get worse . Today I had another call from the West and before the call ends I took anti viral 800 mg as it has to be taken within 5 days onset. He said if not I can have recurrence later as well as some other health problems off and on. 

My friend Khin Mi said " Why now you decide to take it Anna? My patients here recover without taking expensive drug and we have to live with cover somehow and get used to it . " 

And I said, " I decide to become an American and follow Mr. Joe Biden. I can boast now! "

Khin Mi laughed . I thank her for taking care of me after getting sick taking medical leave letter from her . She made sure I had leave from the court case appointment today and it helped. Otherwise I will be spreading virus there.

Thank you all !!! my golden friends from around the world. I am proud of you all and I take all your concerns and input seriously .

But since I have lived in US, I have to take their act.  Now I have to go back after all this as Khin Mi said "we have to live with the bugs here and you will be exposed again. :( Love you my friend,  I am scared now even to go out.

 Friendship is golden and my friends are more so since they are medical doctors serving the community all over the world.

Doctors are worth the bodyweight of gold I may say so as I encounter other professionals in this world especially in my corrupted society. No wonder the country is in turmoil since people has no dignity nor professionalism in their own fields.

As my country went into market economy from socialist state controlled economy people started to have crazy desire to be rich . Many tried to get rich by hook or crook. The change of policy made many people rich by improper means not like normal economies where people made with their own hand and input of hard work.

 the police officer called me saying they will help with my cases.

contemplating

 we have to live with three simple rules

1.dana sharing helping

2.sila morals

3. bawanar.... awareness of self 

is it contemplating as I am suffering from cover symptoms.

I looked deep into it .

the type of cells in our body we learned , squamous cells, cuboid cells, striated cells etc.

cells are lined in my naso pharyngeal tube. They are invaded by virus and reacting wild.

fluids are extruded from the cuboid cells.

inflammation occurred , swelling and pain.

I wonder what will Buddha and his disciples practice during these unhealthy times.

contemplating definitely helps as it dilute the suffering intensity.

the cells have their own Tatmadaws and soldiers to fight the intruders.

it will go its course and symptoms will disappear .

And I will be as good as new again.

Think about how lucky we are that suffering days are nothing compared to our healthy days.

Romance and real life

 Romance is the best if you can just be dreaming about it .

Once you have romance it only last a short while.

When Kay met his first love Aung , she was 21 and it last till they got married and she had to move into her mother in law's house.

For them as college students they could not afford to live alone nor have any income to be independent.

Aung got his degree and had a job but his salary is just enough to pay for the nanny of their first baby.

Yes Kay got pregnant as soon as she got married and had her first baby in one year of marriage.

Her parents took care of the baby till she is 18 months old.

After that they take their baby back and have a nanny to take care of her as the mother continues her study.

The mother in law is not bad but the sister in law and her husband took them as their enemies and every day attacked her so that the grandma would not favor her and her baby above them and their son.

Kay's romance is killed as soon as she got married and had to move in with her in laws.

Netflix movies

 Kay spend her days and night watching Netflix and youtube movies . It is safer not to be on facebook and also saves money .  

Today she is watching My Father's Violin and it is an interesting movie. Sad story of a sick violin player and his young kid. 

Edge of war is a good movie about Hitler and WWII with friend from Oxford playing their roles in Germany and England. It shows Chamberlain's weakness and Hitler's craziness.

Kay watched Nottinghill again and love Hugh Grant so much . He is so handsome. 

At night she would show her maid a Korean drama Crash landing on you . Two episodes per day . She has to translate a bit as it is only English subtitle. 

night rashes

 Kay had citrine to help her itchiness of rashes on her body reaction to Covid vaccine she has taken in November . Still she woke up and half asleep scratching the back of her head. The head also has allergies due to dyeing. The white roots are showing already after a month of dyeing but she has to wait for another week to stretch out not to have dyes on her head again.

The deliveries of things she has bought on line keep on coming and she pay them as they come . It is almost one hundred laks now that she has spent online purchases. They sell even at midnight and as she cannot sleep at night she watched it for entertainment and happened to comment and buy them. It is a compulsive habit once you start buying , you keep on buying .

Tonight she must not open facebook even for entertainment as she needs to keep her cash lengthen till she get some more cash coming in. There is nothing in sight till she got back her money or she can sell some more apartments or lands.

The military government is thinking of taking actions against vpn users as they cannot stop them using facebook. Kay does not think that can be done but if they do so it will be good as she can save her money not spending online.

 I want justice asap as I feel so violated and insulted by these people.

 I am becoming one of many in my country who are doing online shopping on facebook live sales.

used goods from Japan import in containers,

have bought a lot of crystal glasses and lacquerware and plates etc

then bags and give them as x mas presents to maids

then dresses

and end up paying high for a fake LV bag .

lots of plants and pots for the garden..

my house is now full of things including carved statues and japanese dolls.

smarty is following me everywhere and will not leave me out of sight.

luck is good as ei ei came to work as my personal maid.

now the house is clean vacumed before ma htay arrives.

my clothes are organized.

so happy to have a maid for myself.

it is time I have one.

tomorrow I will get payment for the rest of the apartment sales.

after this I have no more income so I have to be careful

I don't know when I will get back my loan out cash as case is going its long course .
